By The Lincolnshire based John Chapman Racing team, will have a three-rider presence at this year’s Classic TT Races, having secured the services of Joe Thompson, Sidecar TT legend Dan Sayle and ten times TT winner Ian Lougher.
Welsh roads legend Lougher, talented next generation road racer Thompson are set to pilot in next month’s Bennetts Senior race, priceless, exotic 500cc MV Agusta machinery.

York’s Thompson is also confirmed for the Locate.im Junior, Dunlop Lightweight races, piloting 350, RS 250 Honda mounts.
New team mate, eight times Sidecar TT winner Dan Sayle, making a welcomed return to Mountain Course affiliated competition, like ‘Joey Yorkshire’ is confirmed to compete on a RS 250 Honda steed in August’s four lap Lightweight encounter.
Given their obvious talents, proven pace, Mountain Course/International roads CV’s, there’s no doubt that Sayle, Thompson, Lougher can secure next month at minimum top five finishes, plus potentially a rostrum finish or two, could be on the horizon for John Chapman’s ambitious, ever enthusiastic squad.
Reminder the 2019 Classic TT Races, which forms part of the Isle of Man Festival of Motorcycling, takes place from the 17th-26th of August.
