Classic TT/Manx Grand Prix: Practice/Race Schedule

Just a week after the record breaking, history making action at the FonaCAB Ulster Grand Prix, attentions within the pure roads scene turn back to Manx shores for the Isle of Man Festival of Motorcycling incorporated Classic TT and Manx Grand Prix.

Both events have attracted top draw entry lists across all classes, with a host of star names, highly rated next generation roads talent, plus various ambitious newcomers all set to compete on the magical, fabled, mythical Mountain Course.

Competitive action gets underway on Saturday, with the opening practice sessions beginning as per tradition with the newcomers speed controlled laps, which is hoped to begin from 5:20 PM.

The full practice, race schedule for the 2019 Classic TT/Manx Grand Prix, is as follows:

17th August: Roads close from 5:00 PM, re-open 9:00 PM

5:20-5:45 PM Manx GP/Classic TT debutants – speed controlled laps
5:35-6:30 PM Junior/Senior Manx GP practice – Lightweight/Superbike Classic TT practice
6:35-7:30 PM Junior/Senior Classic TT practice – Manx GP Lightweight/Ultra Lightweight practice
7:48-8:00 PM Manx GP newcomers practice

19th August: Roads close from 6:00 PM, re-open 9:00 PM

6:20-7:05 PM Junior/Senior Manx GP practice – Lightweight/Superbike Classic TT practice
7:10-7:45 PM Junior/Senior Classic TT practice – Manx GP Lightweight/Ultra Lightweight practice
7:48-8:00 PM Manx GP newcomers practice
