Twice successive Lightweight class victor Michael Browne has earned one of the most ‘prized’ rides for this year’s Classic Superbike Manx Grand Prix, the Key Racing 916 Ducati.
Last year, triple TT winner Dean Harrison astride the same, rasping Ducati was in prime position for race honours before misfortune struck.
Keen to put this matter right this August, Key Racing have every confidence that 2022 Irish Road Race Supersport Champion Browne, can produce the goods.
Aside from Manx GP triumphs, Senior Classic race rostrum finishes, Browne’s overall Mountain Course racing CV makes for impressive reading.
Runner-up in last June’s Carole Nash Super Twins opener, he’s also during his past two TT campaigns collected six top fifteen finishes.
Then there is the topic of been the Republic of Ireland’s quickest TT exponent, having lapped at 129.294 mph.
This also means position 33 in the all-time speediest TT competitors list ahead of multiple TT victors Ivan Lintin, Adrian Archibald, and Ian Lougher.
Whilst the main ambition for 2024 is Classic Superbike MGP victory, road race fans throughout the UK will all going to plan, also have the chance to witness up close Browne aboard the Key Racing Ducati at selected Oliver’s Mount Scarborough events.
