Lightweight TT winner Ivan Lintin shone on day two of action at the Barry Sheene Festival Powered by Suzuki.
Following supersport 600 race two success Ivan produced a world class display in modern senior race two dominating throughout on RC Express Racing ZX10R Kawasaki.
The four time international road race winner made it a hat trick of wins around the mount today with super twins victory on the bike which propelled him to lightweight TT glory.
ZXR 750 Kawasaki mounted Dean Harrison proved once again why he’s a master around Oliver’s Mount with second place finish in modern senior race two, Mick Goodings completed the top three finishers following a great performance from the Oliver’s Mount specialist.
Reigning Duke road race rankings champion James Cowton piloting his own teams CBR 600 Honda and Ken Dobson Racing ER6 Kawasaki, showed great form around the mount clinching second place finishes in supersport and super twin races.
Rhys Hardisty was victorious in lightweight race two in front of Derek Clark and RMKD Kawasaki’s Nick Anderson tipped to impress at the 2015 Manx Grand Prix.
Victorious in Denis Parkinson trophy race was Marc Coggon who secured his second race win around Oliver’s Mount following a top quality performance.
Ryan Farquhar lead the 500 part of the race on Roger Winfield backed Paton, victorious in 250 classic part was Oliver’s Mount newcomer Christian Gunson piloting a 250 Crusader Royal Enfield.
Billy Redmayne’s impressive Oliver’s Mount debut continued with fifth place finish in supersport 600 race two finishing in front of fellow rising road racing stars Mark Goodings and James Neesom.
Darren Cooper who’s all set to make his Manx Grand Prix debut this year finished a highly creditable sixth in modern senior race two.
Overall another fantastic day’s racing around Oliver’s Mount, next meeting on the horizon around the mount is the popular Cock of The North Road Races.
The likes of Dean Harrison, Ivan Lintin, Lee Johnston, James Cowton, Daley Mathison are all set to be in action at the meeting on the 18th-19th of July.
