Preston’s Lewis Arrowsmith wrapped up a few days ago in comprehensive fashion, the 2023 No Limits Super Twins Championship crown, following composed, highly competent showings at Oulton Park (international circuit configuration).
Arrowsmith 11th in last month’s Junior Manx Grand Prix, increased his season race wins, podium finishes total respectively to 19, 21.
Commenting recently via his Facebook racing page, Arrowsmith stated:
“Buzzing to win my first big championship. Can’t thank Sally Monks and Clive West enough for their help this year on the short circuits.
Also, everyone that has helped me in any way this year thank you.”
Leading challengers to the RAM backed pilot were former North West 200 participant, Matt Layt and 2011 TT Privateers Champion Ian Mackman.
Oliver’s Mount regular this year Ricky Martin, wrapped up the CB 500 Championship whilst TT Races newcomer from back in May, June, Jorge Halliday added the Tamworth GYTR Pro Shop Cup 600 title to his racing resume.
Post TT 2023, Halliday disclosed to Road Racing News his desire to circulate around the Mountain Course in 2024.
“I definitely want to compete at the TT in 2024 that goes without saying, I can’t describe how awesome an experience it was.
All of my focus is now on to TT 2024 and to be as best prepared for it as possible, the Isle of Man TT course is so unique! plenty of bike time is key, to keep sharp & improving to build on this years’ Isle of Man TT debut.”
