Maintaining a positive mindset, post the cancellation of all Billown course based races, Southern 100, Pre TT Classic, Post TT race organisers are looking forward to providing top quality entertainment at the upcoming Southern 100 Motorcycle Show.
Running from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM on the 10th July, the show is set to feature various bike displays, over fifty stands, an auto jumble, concours events and The Purple Helmets.
Local racers, teams will also be attending, at a glance just some of those Billown bound include:
The Peoples Bike Team, PreZ Racing, Quayside Racing, twice TT winner Chris Palmer and fellow Mountain Course racing specialist Chris McGahan.
Title sponsors of the Post TT Races, Silicone Engineering Racing will also have a collection of their most successful Kawasaki mounts on display.
Sidecars wise, Chris Beauman’s 3 Wheeling brand will be displaying a range of top calibre outfits, likely to include the Crowe brothers Ryan & Callum’s Jurby anti-clockwise lap record breaking steed.
Whilst racing is absent for a second successive year around the high speed, technically challenging Billown road race circuit, the Southern 100 Motorcycle Show is certain to provide the countless times titled ‘Friendly Races’ with an abundance of positive publicity.
