By Wednesday afternoon, Inaugural ESR (European Series Road Racing) season stats burst.
Twenty-four racers (including ESR guest-rider entrants, just for this article BeNeLux Trophy SBK exponents, which tackled ESR races in Chimay and Hengelo) from nine nations scored at least one top five Superbike, Supersport finish at ESR meetings following high-speed action at already-mentioned Circuit De Varsselring in Hengelo, Circuit De Chimay plus Jarno Saarinen Circuit at Imatra and Horice x2.
Northwest 200 (ESR Championships round held last May) results not counted for this stats piece (top permanent ESR 2026 participant there was, ESR Champion, Macau Motorcycle GP debutant next month, Fedrik Matthys – P22/P28).
