By After polished, accomplished performances throughout opening, second qualifying sessions, Laurent Hoffmann will start today’s ESR (European Series Road Racing) Horice race opener from pole position.
The two times IRRC Supersport Champion’s No.1 lap time (2.15.607) within ESR Q2 was 1.135 faster than second quickest, Hoffmann by MRP team-mate, fellow series title protagonist Fedrik Matthys (2.16.742).
Markus Karlsson (2.16.891), IOM shores bound next week for his maiden Manx Grand Prix venture, closely followed Matthys in finishing third quickest.
The next three riders on the Q2 times sheet were Nico Muller (2.17.159), Anssi Koski (2.17.748), and Tomas Toth (2.19.929).
In total, twenty-three racers registered representative lap-times, all under 2 minutes 40 seconds.
