Sunday afternoon, ‘Croatian Monte Carlo,’ Prize of Krizevci, ‘Gornji Grad’ street circuit, race results round-up.
There were wins for home club ‘MK Krizevci’ members Luka Nervo (Superstock 1000), Karlo Grsic (Superstock 600) and Vilim Babic (Sport Production 125) plus Matej Mikec (Supersport 300) from ‘MRK Sveti Ivan Zelina’.
Luka Nervo’s race triumph, was his fifth consecutive 1000cc race success since 2022, achieving on route to honours, a new official lap record (48.739), having previously set in qualifying a new unofficial lap-record (48.058).
Denis Petric, Petar Besker placed second, third behind Nervo. The first three finishers were the only racers to complete full, eighteen lap race distance.
Above defined, local rising-star Karlo Grsic, made it three successive Stock 600 victories (since 2024). Vedran Mocibob, Deni Floricic wrapped up the podium clinchers.
Croatian TT ambassador, former overall lap-record holder (still holds the 600cc lap-record after weekend), Loris Majcan, held third before technical gremlins struck.
Valentin Knapic joined Majcan on the non-finishers list, after a light crash on lap two (reported post incident as ok).
