South Africa’s foremost international road racer AJ (Allann-Jon) Venter, TH Racing link-up is to continue in earnest for a fourth successive season.
Venter’s new deal with Trevor Harbinson’s plucky, ultra-ambitious outfit, sees him set to compete for them again aside Joey ‘Yorkshire’ Thompson in Supersport, Sportbike/Super Twin categories, at the Briggs Equipment Northwest 200 and TT Races.
Extremely happy to be remaining amongst the TH Racing fold, Venter who came ultra-close to a first NW200 podium in May (P4 – Super Twins Race 2 – 0.126 behind Barry Furber), candidly said via Facebook.
“I’m very happy to once again be a part of the TH Racing Team for the Northwest 200 and Isle of Man TT Races 2026.
This will be my fourth consecutive year riding Uncle Trev’s bikes, which are immaculately prepped as always.
Each year, TH Racing continues to grow from strength to strength, and to be part of a team that goes out of their way to help me achieve and be my best is something that’s very difficult to come by in-this day and age.”
He continued:
“Last year we narrowly missed out on a podium at the Northwest 200 by less than 0.5 seconds, and that’s definitely left-me with some unfinished business in the TH Racing camp.
It’s motivated me even more to work harder than ever and push to achieve that goal!”
