RS 125 Honda mounted Nigel Moore (100.034 mph), Robert Smith (99.246 mph) and Marek Wieckowski (98.866 mph), all set highly respectable lap speeds, during an evening’s practice session held in pretty much ideal conditions.

Tom and Andy look at present the main contenders for Junior Manx GP victory, don’t discount though Richard Charlton (118.394 mph), Davey Lambert (117.42 mph), Tom Robinson (116.408 mph), David Lumsden (116.231 mph) and Jamie Hodson (115.92 mph) from providing race winning challenges.

Amongst the stand out Mountain Course newcomers from 2015 Barry Evans (115.824 mph), Peter Wilkinson (115.416 mph) and Darren Cooper (115.383 mph) all showed good form, as did Oilee Racing’s Joe Akroyd (115.977 mph).

Australia’s Royce Rowe (114.699 mph) whilst maybe not considered a contender for a top six finish in the Junior Manx GP class, is a definite rider to keep an eye on.
