Confirming that the Ulster Grand Prix will be part of his 2019 race plans, world’s fastest road racer Peter Hickman is hugely looking forward to venturing back next year to Dundrod.
Since making his event debut in 2014, the calm, cool, quietly ultra determined racer, who’s New Zealand bound in two months time for the famous Wanganui based Cemetery Circuit Races, has developed into a quite majestic exponent of the fast flowing Dundrod course.

Winner last August for the first time of the premier feature Superbike race, the six times event victor stated in short but ebullient fashion his thoughts about next years Ulster Grand Prix:
“I’m already looking forward to racing back at the Ulster GP, it’s one of the best circuits on earth!”
It’s still not majorly clear as to what machinery he will be piloting at Dundrod in 2019, although paddock whispers incline that he will remain a part of the Smiths Racing fold, tackling again S1000RR BMW machinery.
