By Disclosed this morning, three of international road racing’s ‘Aliens’ are expected to grace the 2024 Southern 100.
Senior TT winner Davey Todd (Milwaukee BMW), the most recent Solo Champion at Billown, 25 times event victor Dean Harrison (Honda Racing UK) and TT wins record holder, Michael Dunlop (Hawk Racing – Honda).
The prospect of Todd, Harrison, Dunlop all at the peak of their powers, going wheel to wheel, lap on lap at the ‘Friendly Races’ is a tantalising one for pure road racing superfans.
Outside three of the top four finishers from this month’s RST Superbike TT, added high-profile confirmed 2024 S100 entrants, include:
New quickest Aprilia rider in TT Races history Michael Browne (IN Competition Aprilia), Jamie Coward (KTS Racing Powered by Steadplan), Paul Jordan (Jackson Racing).
Rob Hodson (SMT Racing), Michael Sweeney, Cookstown feature race winner, Super Twins TT podium finisher Dominic Herbertson (BE/RK Racing).
Nathan Harrison, sole IOM IRRC representative Jamie Williams and 2023 Senior Manx Grand Prix winner Joe Yeardsley.
