By Derek Mcgee produced a stunning ride to win a enthralling supersport race at this years Walderstown road races. Derek competing on a R6 Yamaha won by 0.1 of a second from second place finisher Jamie Hamilton on the KMR Kawasaki powered by Vauxhall supersport bike whilst William Dunlop finished in third place on the CD racing R6 Yamaha, plus William set a new lap record for the supersport class at the Walderstown road races.
Michael Sweeney, Michael Pearson and Alan Kenny rounded out the top 6, Derek Shiels came home in seventh place on the T&M racing R6 Yamaha.
