By Guy Martin is in pole position for the two superbike races at the Ulster Grand Prix on Saturday on his Tyco Suzuki superbike. 2nd fastest is the in form Michael Dunlop on his MD racing Honda Fireblade with William Dunlop, Gary Johnson, Conor Cummins and Bruce Anstey rounding out the top six in qualifing. Fastest newcomer was Lee Johnston on the Millsport racing Ducati at 126.7 mph with Dean Harrison close behind as the second fastest newcomer at a speed of 126.6 mph. The superstock practice saw William Dunlop fastest on his Wilson Craig racing Honda Fireblade with also Honda mounted Gary Johnson second fastest with Michael Dunlop third fastest and the Padgetts Honda of Bruce Anstey fourth fastest.
Fastest in the supersport practice was William Dunlop with Gary Johnson second fastest as in the superstock practice session. Third was Michael Dunlop, fourth was Bruce Anstey with the Tyco Suzuki’s of Guy Martin and Conor Cummins taking 5th and 6th places respectively.
