- James Coward will race a superbike for the first time on roads circuits at the Ulster grand prix.
- Dean Harrison will make his Ulster grand prix debut this year on his rc express racing kawasaki and the Ian Bell motorcycles yamaha r6.
- Also making his debut at the Dundrod based circuit is top 10 finisher at the TT this year Dan Cooper for Centurion racing.
