TT history makers, World, British Superbike champions will grace this years Classic TT Races, as multiple iconic racers venture across to Manx shores for the event which celebrates this August, the ground breaking achievements of 11 times TT winner Steve Hislop.
As part of the ‘Back to the Future – The Hizzy Years’ theme, their will be a demonstration lap in honour of 1989, 1991, 1992, 1994 Senior TT winner Hislop.
Amongst those set to take part in the demonstration lap, include long term respected rival, friend Carl Fogarty. The four times World Superbike champion has enjoyed gripping battles with Hislop, including the legendary 92 Senior TT and Formula 1 TT encounters from 1990 and 1991.
1998 Senior TT winner Ian Simpson, Brian Morrison, BSB star Chris Walker are all also Classic TT bound, as is protege of Hislop, four times Macau GP champion Stuart Easton.

Joining the aforementioned racing greats for the ‘Hizzy Years’ demonstration lap, are 2009 Senior TT victor Steve Plater and fellow modern day International roads icon Michael Rutter.

The demonstration lap, which will see various iconic machines previously rode by Mountain Course maestro Hislop, is certain to evoke great memories, provide great noises, great pictures and most of all celebrate in style the achievements of one of the greatest road racers of all time.
