Only two months after the record breaking, history making TT 2023 festival, the dates, information revolving around qualifying/racing itinerary for next year’s TT 2024 (27th May-8th June) has been released.
Practice week action is planned to commence on the 27th May with free practice, opening timed qualifying sessions and runs through to Friday 31st May.
As during this year’s TT, the Superbike class won’t open racing proceedings, with Supersport exponents, Sidecar pilots taking top billing on Saturday 1st June.
The Superbikes will then take centre stage the following day (2nd June), before a rest-day ensues for participants.
Tuesday the 4th of June, features opening Superstock, Super Twin race proceedings.
Wednesday the 5th of June, includes second Supersport, Sidecar race stints.
Post another rest-day, Friday 7th of June, focuses on second Superstock, Super Twins encounters, which this past summer were won in differing fashions by outright lap record holder, 13 times TT winner, Peter Hickman.
TT 2024’s grand finale (June 8th) transcends around the ‘Power and The Glory’, the blue-riband race, the six-lap Senior race.
At present, no information has been disclosed in relation to start-times, road closing times, possible parade laps and whether warm-up laps will feature again.
