It’s nearly here, post the pandemic, various hurdles, people stating will it ever return, the TT Races now featuring warm-up laps, live coverage, a new look Manx Radio team are officially back!
Competitive action gets underway on Sunday afternoon, with TT newcomers Honda Racing’s Glenn Irwin, Milo Ward, Ilja Caljouw, Pikes Peak winner Rennie Scaysbrook, Joe Loughlin, Jamie Cringle and Craig Szczypek first to speed down Bray Hill.
Three wheeling drivers, passengers also making their event bows on Sunday include Team A.R.C’s Lee Crawford, Jason Pitt, Kevin Rousseau, Tom Christie and Craig Currie.
Following the newcomers maiden Mountain Course laps, a one-hour forty minutes Superbike/Superstock/Supersport combined practice session takes place as the likes of Peter Hickman, Dean Harrison, Michael Dunlop, John McGuinness MBE, James Hillier, Lee Johnston, Conor Cummins and Davey Todd open their 2022 TT tenures.
