By Hill climb competitor extraordinaire Maurizio Bottalico, redoubtable talents will be on display in November’s Macau Motorcycle Grand Prix.
Equipped with M1000RR BMW tackle, the Manx Grand Prix podium finisher follows fellow 21st century Italian roads scene ‘King Pins’ Stefano Bonetti, Luca Gottardi, and Alex Polita in taking on Asia’s most notorious, acclaimed street race.
Already crowned this year European Hill Climb Supersport & Superbike Champion, the San Marino based racer has additionally proved dominant in CIVS events, setting new record lap-times at time-trials including Spoleto-Forca Di Cerro, Deruta-Castelleone and Isola Del Liri-Arpino.
For his first Guia Circuit expedition, Bottalico links up with TT 2025 suitors Crowe Performance, competing alongside Team Owner, Market Rasen’s Phil Crowe.
Bottalico, Crowe are set to be joined at Macau by SMT Racing’s Rob Hodson, international road racing ‘Aliens’ Davey Todd (8TEN Racing) and Peter Hickman (8TEN Racing), debutants Don Gilbert and Mitch Rees, Isle of Wight ace Ryan Whitehall, new Frohburger Dreieck Supersport lap-record holder Paul Jordan.
