Dan Cooper from Stroud will take in a full season of races on the public roads which will begin with him making his debut at Oliver’s Mount in Scarborough at the Ian Watson Spring Cup. Of course Dan’s main highlight for 2012 will be the Isle of Man TT races. Dan will be racing a 1000 and 600 bike at the TT and at all the other main international road racing events. The team that he is racing for is centurion racing former British supersport championship winning team that has now devoted its attentions to the pure road racing scene.
Alongside the pure road racing this season Dan will take in some club meetings races and also make his debut at the Abedare park road races this year. As far as Dan’s main hopes this year it appears it will be to improve on his TT performances and break into finishing in a top 15 position. At the other race meetings it will be a case of a lot of learning and gaining track time ahead of the TT.
