Organisers of the opening Irish roads meeting of 2017, the Tandragee 100, have recently issued a plea to supporters to back the event, by purchasing a race program.
North Armagh Motorcycle & Car Club Ltd, organisers of one of the most prestigious roads events, in the emerald isle, recently stated that the cost of buying a program this year, will rise to £15 pounds, which equates to 20 Euro’s, in European currency.
The decision, to raise the price of the program, was decided, due to reasons which included, the increasing costs of public liability insurance, plus increased financial input needed for various important aspects, such as first aid and logistics.
North Armagh Motorcycle & Car Club Ltd, added that the decision to enhance how much it cost to buy a program, was one that was reluctantly decided.
They also went onto add that a vast amount of entries have already been received for the meeting, taking place on the 22nd to the 23rd of April.
Anticipated entrants for Tandragee include Cookstown BE Racing’s Derek Sheils, Derek McGee, Michael Sweeney, B&W Racing’s Paul Jordan and quite possibly William Dunlop having his first roads outing with new team Halsall Racing.

With under sixty days till the 57th Tandragee 100, anticipated is building for the Portadown based roads event.
Expect two days of pure road racing of the highest quality, across a vast number of classes.
As the organisers have stated, by purchasing a race program, you are helping safeguard the future of a truly great meeting, which year in year out, produces world class, thrilling, close fought races.
