Michael Dunlop produced a sensational performance to win this years Steve Henshaw international gold cup. Michael competing on his Michael Dunlop racing CBR 1000 Honda Fireblade superbike was spectacular throughout as he mastered the tricky conditions to win the gold cup for the first time.
In the last 4 or 5 years Michael has at times struggled on the Oliver’s Mount circuit but this weekends Scarborough gold cup proved he has now mastered the road race circuit known by many as the mini TT.
