Ian Lougher competing on Brian Scott’s RS250 Honda won the second 250 race at this years Scarborough gold cup. This result was also Ian’s 132nd win at Oliver’s Mount, Michael Dunlop finished in second place whilst James Cowton produced a excellent ride to finish in third place.
Winner of the classic race was Gary Jamison who lead home second place and third place finishers John Fawcett and Sam Kincaid. Ian Bell won both of todays sidecar races at this years Scarborough gold cup. Conrad Harrison recorded two second place finishes whilst Dean Lindley produced two great performances to achieve consecutive top three finishes.
Dean Harrison was on top form to win the second leg of the David Jefferies cup supersport races today. Dean competing on the Ian Bell motorcycles R6 Yamaha lead home Guy Martin who finished over six seconds behind Dean in second on the Tyco Suzuki by TAS supersport bike. Ian Lougher, James Cowton, Ivan Lintin and William Dunlop completed the top six finishers.
Ivan Lintin made it a double super twin races win at this years Scarborough gold cup by winning todays super twins race. Ivan lead home second place finisher Dean Harrison on the Stewart Smith racing ER6 Kawasaki, Tom Weeden rode immaculately to finish in third place on the Trickbits FBM performance backed SV650 Suzuki.
Chris Palmer was victorious for the 99th time around Oliver’s Mount as Chris won the 125 race today at this years Scarborough gold cup. Finishing in second place was Mark Goodings whilst Joe Thompson rounded out the top three finishers. Davy Morgan won the second solo non finalists race, Paul Battersby and Rad Hughes came home in second and third place positions.
