Horst Saiger’s return to North West 200 competition, will include participation in the ultra competitive Super Twin races, aboard a Team ILR backed S1-R Paton.
Saiger like new team mates, NW200 debutants James Chawke and Carl Phillips, Paton mount has been made available thanks to loyal road racing backer Mark Coverdale.
Ultra looking forward to returning to competition on the world famous coast roads, the ever cheerful, hugely respected Saiger will no doubt be one to watch this May.
TT Privateers champion in 2017, multiple times a feature race winner at Terlicko, amongst last year’s leading Imatranajo newcomers, reigning RST Superbike Classic TT runner up, his highly accomplished North West 200 CV includes been a former Superstock class lap record holder.

Accomplishing the aforementioned feat in 2014, he proved and some at the time his capabilities around the Triangle course, matching pace wise the likes of Michael Dunlop, Michael Rutter and Gary Johnson.
Set to pilot this May in addition to the Team ILR Paton, his own teams Hostettler, Metzeler backed YZF R1M, YZF R6 Yamaha’s, it wouldn’t at all be a surprise to see him provide again stiff competition in under sixty days time to notable names a plenty, within the four stroke classes.
