The road racing great has a superb record at the iconic road race circuit which includes Steve Henshaw international gold cup victory in 2011 which was his first international road race superbike win.

In the 2010’s Ryan has recorded two feature spring cup victories, three feature cock of the north feature race wins plus Darran Lindsay trophy superbike victories in 2009,2010 and 2011.

Most recently in 2014 he recorded back to back second place finishes in super twin races at the spring cup whilst the Barry Sheene road race festival saw a long line of top quality results chalked up.

Which included victories in 500 class part of 250/350/500 races, overall victory in Geoff Barry trophy races following victory in opening race whilst race two saw the 1100 Yamaha mounted rider clinch second place finish.

Last year’s Scarborough gold cup saw Ryan add to his tally of wins around the mount which was now over 100 following the Barry Sheene road race festival.

Victory in senior B race 1 was recorded following a highly accomplished performance on the team York Suzuki classic superbike.

Although just missing out victory in senior B race 2 Ryan’s return to action around the mount in 2014 was a successful one and there’s no doubt more results of the highest quality are looming this year for the three times Isle of Man TT winner.
