The final Thundersport GB round of 2021 at Cadwell Park provided great moments a plenty for numerous, esteemed real roads exponents including paddock favourite Dominic Herbertson.
Herbertson who claimed rostrum finishes from the ‘Legends’ encounters at the Superbiker Mettet meeting, took victory in the opening GP2 Super Twins race before going onto place no lower than second within the following Twins races.
The 600 Sportsman elite races saw Cowton Racing’s Herbertson bank a brace of top five finishes, with a best finish of third claimed in the final 10 lap middleweight class contest.
Fellow Oliver’s Mount Scarborough front runner Mike Norbury was also amongst the podium finishers whilst added roads pilots amassing creditable finishes across the weekend included:
400cc Scarborough lap record holder Dan Frear, Don Gilbert, Paul Marley, Roddy Taylor, 2018 Senior Manx GP winner Matt Stevenson.
Twice Supersport TT winner Gary Johnson, Oliver’s Mount specialist Mick Goodings, Brian Fuidge, Russell Brook and welcome racing returnee Jamie Williams.
