Still the fastest NW200 newcomer in history, Cooper also finished P1 in the Spence Bespoke Engineering/DB Tiles Super Twins race in front of Twins race one victor, British GP2 Champion Owen Jenner.
Cooper’s Russell Racing team-mate Bob Smith Spring Cup winner Michael Browne took a hat-trick of podium finishes.
Same as last year, top of the Lightweight Supersport class, bagging back-to-back triumphs was top 16 Manx GP finisher, Graham McAleese.
Extra well known roads scene participants taking in Sunflower Trophy affiliated action, included triple Oliver’s Mount Championship winner Gary McCoy, Jeremy McWilliams, Cookstown Grand Final winner Dominic Herbertson.
