High-level UK located Sidecars competition returned this weekend, as a host of prominent TT drivers/passengers circulated around the Brands Hatch Indy circuit.
The BMCRC (British Motorcycle Racing Club-MRO Championships season opener did not disappoint three wheeling fans, who paid close attention to those racing included TT giants Dave Molyneux and Dan Sayle.
Saturday, Sunday’s F1/F2 Sidecar encounters at Brands Hatch saw the KTM powered duo collect a hat-trick of top three finishes, including finishing runner-up in the opening three wheeling encounters.
Fellow Mountain Course pilots making prominent starts to their latest, race season tenures included Greg Lambert and eighth quickest driver in TT history, Alan Founds.
Solos wise, Gorilla Racing’s Don Gilbert warming up for next month’s Bob Smith Spring Cup, placed no lower than sixth within the first three DART Motorsport MRO 600 races.
Lightweight Manx GP podium finisher Stuart Hall, also showed accomplished speed this weekend in the DFDS Yamaha Past Masters class.
