Road Racer’s Adventures: BMCRC-MRO Championships, Cadwell Park

BMCRC (British Motorcycle Racing Club)-MRO Championships affiliated competition took to the iconic, much loved Cadwell Park on Saturday and Sunday, with leading lights competing including current TT Privateers Champion Jamie Coward.

Coward in action aboard the formidable KTS Racing Z650 Kawasaki, proved far too strong for the opposition within the Thunderbike sport class.

Securing a hat trick of victories, the 2019 Junior Classic TT winner enjoyed race winning margins all in excess of 13 seconds!

Attentions for last year’s Lightweight TT runner-up and KTS Racing now turn towards the three day Barry Sheene Classic, as Hebden Bridge’s Coward makes a long awaited return to Oliver’s Mount, Scarborough.

Alongside Coward, additional up coming, seasoned, renowned roads course pilots competing last weekend at Cadwell Park included four times top 15 finisher or better Dave Hewson who was in action on his own outfits CF Moto mount.

Plus Craig Hoxton, Scarborough specialist Mick Goodings, Southern 100 winner Richard Charlton and WH Racing’s Julian Trummer who’s set to make his Irish roads debut next month at Cookstown.
