The stage is set for one of the most anticipated events on the Irish Short Circuit racing calendar—the Sunflower Trophy Races, taking place at the Bishopscourt Race Circuit on Friday 24th and Saturday 25th October 2025.
Among the talented riders preparing to battle it out is Liam Chawke, who will line up onboard Aprilia RS660 apparatus for R.L Racing, under the guidance of team owner Richard Latimer.
The Sunflower Trophy meeting is always a highlight of the season, drawing riders and fans together for two days of thrilling racing and unforgettable moments.
For Liam Chawke and the R.L Racing team, the Sunflower Trophy is the perfect stage to highlight their-speed, teamwork, and determination on a circuit renowned for world-class racing.
This year carries extra significance, as it marks team owner Richard Latimer’s first appearance at the Sunflower Trophy as a team owner.
With Bishopscourt being his local circuit, the occasion promises to be even more special and with the excellent performance from Rathkeale’s Liam Chawke at this year’s Manx GP there was no better choice for Richard, than Liam to race his machine around the circuit.
As the final race meeting of the year, the Sunflower Trophy Races promise to deliver drama, excitement, and spectacular racing action, a fitting conclusion to the 2025 season.
