Rad Hughes is aiming for standout results at the 2015 Manx Grand Prix.
Rad carries start number 23 for junior, senior races as he competes on his own teams R6 Yamaha. Lightweight race sees the accomplished road racer ZXR 400 Kawasaki mounted for which he holds start number 66.
Most recently the rider who made his Manx Grand Prix debut in 2012 had a productive two days racing at the Barry Sheene Festival Powered by Suzuki.
Opening supersport race saw Rad clinch highly respectable 17th place finish, 14th place finish was achieved in modern senior race two as he showed consistent good pace around Oliver’s Mount.
7th and 5th place finishes where recorded in lightweight races following two excellent performances from Rad.
His main aims for the 2015 Manx Grand Prix include pushing for top twenty finishes in junior and senior races, whilst for the lightweight race Rad is confident of been in contention for podium finish.
In recent years the winner of junior support race at 2013 Southern 100 has shown top quality form around the mountain course.
He’s more than capable of pushing for standout results, as he competes for the fourth time on the most iconic road racing circuit in the world.
