France’s leading international road racing outfit, Optimark Road Racing, have announced that for 2024 North West 200, TT expeditions, they will be working with Eddy Ferre and Jonathan Goetschy.
IRRC Supersport front runner Goetschy a TT competitor since 2019, holds presently a PB lap speed of 121.243 mph, a best finish of twelfth from last June’s, second Carole Nash Super Twins race.
Growing in confidence around the fabled, mythical Mountain Course there’s no questioning his determination, passion, desire to achieve specific goals at pure road racing’s Monaco Grand Prix, Daytona 500, Indy 500 equivalent.
Fellow countryman Ferre, the fastest French NW200 competitor in history joins the TT Races entry for the first time, having last year made an accomplished TT course debut at the Manx Grand Prix.
Alongside the TT, Northwest 200, Ferre like new team-mate Goetschy is also Circuit De Chimay bound this year.
Speaking via Facebook about today’s international road racing update, he candidly stated:
“It is with pleasure and pride that I announce my participation in the nw200, tourist trophy, open trophy of Chimay with the Optimark Road Racing Team.
A big thank you to them for their trust in particular, Jean Marc of Optimark and Anaïs Rummler.
I will have the pleasure of having Jonathan Goetschy as a teammate, who will be able to give valuable advice with his experience of everything.”
