Q1: First memory of Oliver’s Mount?
“My first memory of Oliver’s mount was in 2016, when I went to watch, and it rained all morning and as soon as it stopped raining the Marshals brushed up and got on with the Racing.”
Q2: Favourite part about racing at the mount?
“My favourite part of the racing is that the racing is so close, and you really have-to battle with the other racers.”
Q3: Favourite section of Scarborough course?
“My favourite section of the circuit is Jefferies jumps going to mere hairpin, all that part of the circuit is my favourite, ranging from really fast to really hard braking.”
Q4: Best moment thus far at Scarborough?
“My best moment at Scarborough so far is getting awarded the Mike Norman memorial trophy at the 2022 Gold Cup.”
Q5: All time Scarborough racing hero?
“My racing hero from Oliver’s is David Jefferies.”
Q6: Is there one machine in particular that you would like to race at Scarborough?
“The one machine I would love to ride round Oliver’s, would be a fully race spec RC45 RVF 750 (Honda) it’s my dream race bike.”
Q7: One word to describe Oliver’s Mount?
“One word to describe Oliver’s Mount, thrilling.”
Q8: Most respected racing rival at Scarborough?
“My most respected rider at Oliver’s has to be Ian Lougher, not just as a rival but what he does for the sport and Oliver’s Mount.”
