Multiple international road race winner Christian Elkin has his sights firmly set on elite level results at the 2024 Briggs Equipment Northwest 200.
Perhaps best known for his involvement in Michael Dunlop’s emotional 250cc class triumph in 2008, he’s acquired to date, three top 3 NW200 podium finishes.
For 2024 NW200 competition, Elkin will pilot respectively for Supersport, Super Twin race outings a Dynocentre Northern Ireland backed YZF-R6 Yamaha, and an RB Engineering supported Kawasaki.
Commenting recently about NW200 results goals, he said:
“There are a lot of rule changes this year so it will be interesting to see how that affects things.
But the racing at the Northwest 200 is always exciting and it is great to be involved in such a fantastic event.
I’m targeting a top ten finish in the 600cc races, and some podium finishes at least in the Twins races.”
