No TT 2023 For Quickest Mountain Course Newcomer In History Irwin

Post lots of paddock whispers, paddock insiders confident of the move, it was confirmed this morning that Glenn Irwin will re-join the PBM (Paul Bird Motorsport) Ducati team, for next year’s British Superbike Championship.

The multi North West 200 winner, runner-up within the 2022 BSB series has also disclosed that he’s not Manx shores bound for TT 2023.

Back in June, he became the fastest newcomer in TT history, lapping during the RST Superbike race at close to the 130 mph lap mark.

He has openly stated that he is putting his family first, citing extra risk element as one of the reasons behind his non participation at TT 2023.

It’s not clear yet as to whether the North West 200 is in his plans for 2023, whether he will return in the future to competition around the unparalleled, mythical, fabled Mountain Course.
