Four-wheel real road racing update, this afternoon, centring on the fourth edition of the East Riding Stages Rally, hosting the opening round of this year’s Probite British Rally Championship.
Since it’s inception in 2022, the East Yorkshire based rally has risen, risen and risen in profile amongst petrolheads throughout the UK.
Last year’s event won by Mark Kelly & Will Atkins, gained a robust turn out, particularly within Beverley for the Westwood super special stage.
Kelly/Atkins (Kelmore – VW Polo) are back to try and retain outright honours alongside high-profile, British Rallying series alumni, including:
Castrol Toyota runners Chris Ingram/Alex Kihurani – Meirion Evans, Keith Cronin/Mikie Galvin, William Creighton/Liam Regan (Motorsport Ireland Rally Academy), Max McRae/Cameron Fair.
Kyle McBride/Darragh Mullen, Elliot Payne/Patrick Walsh (Amigos Tequila Beer), Callum Black/Jack Morton, James Williams/Ross Whittcok and Jonny Milner/Duncan McMath in ex WRC Corolla Toyota metal.
There are also two cars entered by World Rallying royalty M-Sport, whilst entry numbers exceed 170.
Event highlights are set to be aired on ITV4, furthering the promotion, exposure of the Beverley & District Motor Club ran rally.
