Back in 2010 a moto 2 bike was entered by the FTR moto team with backing from Flitwick motorcycles. Competing for the team at the Isle of Man TT in 2010 was Ollie Linsdell. Ollie competing on the moto 2 bike didn’t finish the senior TT race when competing on it but did set a lap speed of over 120 mph showing that moto 2 bikes have the potential to produce good lap times at the Isle of Man TT.
