By The Mid-Antrim 150 races where run over the weekend, Ryan Farquhar won five races in a day on his KMR Kawasakis, with John Burrows, Derek Shiels, Michael Sweeney and Shaun Anderson all taking podiums in the two superbike races of the days racing. In particular it was a top performance by Shaun Anderson his best ever Irish national road race result. Also Shaun had a top TT races lapping at over 121 mph and finishing 18th and 22nd securing two bronze replicas.
Michal “Indi” Dokoupil was back at the TT this year racing for his own team and Crossan Motorcycles for the second supersport TT race of race week at the TT this year. Michal returned to Irish national racing this weekend at the Mid-Antrim 150 and achieved a top 10 finish alongside an 11th place finish in the opening superbike race.
