Manx GP Winner Jackson Targets Classic TT Presence

2019 Newcomers C Manx GP winner Andy Jackson is hoping to join the Classic TT Races entry in 2021, having secured TZ 250 Yamaha machinery for next season.

Five times a top six finisher during 2020 at Oliver’s Mount, Jackson who will continue to enjoy title support from Falcon Electrical Southport/PBR (Phil Barber Racing), is hugely looking forward to the two stroke 250 challenge in 2021.

“I’ve only ridden a couple of 250’s on one off rides, I think it’s gonna suit my riding style though. Can’t wait to get some laps in and get my head around it.”

Additional 2021 plans for Jackson include piloting a ZX7R Kawasaki within the Superbike Classic TT, plus taking in Manx GP competition again with the Moto 3 Honda that he took to Newcomers C class success.

Reminder next year’s Classic TT Races/Manx Grand Prix, is scheduled at present to take place from the 22nd August-3rd September.
