By - Luis Carreira from Portugal is entered on a Suzuki GSXR 1000 and will be looking to repeat his best Macau Grand Prix performance from four years ago in 2008 finishing in fourth place.
- Nuno Caetano is the second Portuguese rider entered in this years Macau Grand Prix on a Kawasaki ZX-10, Nuno made his Macau Grand Prix debut last year and will make his second appearance at the event this year.
- Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Ducati, Aprilla and BMW all have semi factory teams entered in this years Macau Grand Prix.
- Multiple times Macau Grand Prix winner Michael Rutter returns this year on a as yet unknown superbike.
- 19 times TT winner John Mcguinness is once again entered in this years Macau Grand Prix, although the team John will be riding for is not known yet.
