- Gary Johnson will team up with Macau Grand Prix newcomer this year Steve Heneghan in the Quattro Plant motorsport squad. 5th place finisher last year at the Macau Grand Prix Gary Johnson will ride a Honda Fireblade superbike in the Quattro Plant motorsport colours whilst Steve Heneghan will be on Kawasaki superbike machinery the same as seen at this years TT races.
- 2nd place finisher last year in the Macau Grand Prix, Martin Jessopp returns this year again on Ducati machinery.
- Top world endurance championship and International road racing championship competitor Horst Saiger is an entrant on Kawasaki machinery.
- International road racing champion in 2010 and 2011 Didier Grams returns to the Macau Grand Prix on a BMW SR1000 superbike.
