Leading Debutant of 2024 Stewart Targeting 2025 Manx Grand Prix

Galashiels Johnny Stewart is targeting 2025 Manx Grand Prix participation, as he aims to build upon a prodigious first event campaign.

The swiftest Oliver’s Mount, Scarborough, MGP newcomer of 2024, last August’s Mountain Course explorations saw Stewart bank twelfth, sixth place finishes from Junior, Senior race outings, a best lap speed of nigh on 116 mph, 115.852 mph on his own squad’s ZX600 Kawasaki.

Targeting more track time, gradual continued progress, improved overall race pace, lap times, he’s certain to be one to watch next year.

Alongside IOM racing plans, the Scotsman for 2025 is additionally eyeing up maiden Armoy ‘Race of Legends’, Northwest 200 adventures, subject to necessary funding, sponsorship in place.

Quick reminder to those not already aware, next year’s Northwest 200, Armoy Road Races respectively take place from the 5th-10th of May – 25th-26th of July.
