By Fastest in practice for the supersport 600 race at the Killalane road races today was William Dunlop on the Wilson Craig racing Honda CBR 600. Second fastest was Derek Shiels just ahead of Michael Sweeney in third place with Michael Dunlop fourth fastest on his Yamaha R6. Adrian Archibald went fifth fastest on the AMA racing team Yamaha R6 whilst Michael Pearson went sixth fastest with Brian Mccormack on the CD racing supersport 600 bike taking seventh in practice.
Derek Mcgee, Seamus Elliott and Stephen Mcknight rounded out the top 10 on their 600 race bikes. Seasoned road racer Davy Morgan went 11th fastest on the CSC Branson racing Yamaha R6 whilst 12th fastest was Andrew Farrell on his Yamaha R6.
