By Michael Dunlop took race victory in the superbike race today at the Killalane road races on his Michael Dunlop racing Honda Fireblade. In second place was Derek Shiels also on a Honda Fireblade with third place going to another Honda rider in Brian Mccormack on the CD racing Honda Fireblade. Adrian Archibald took fourth place on the AMA racing Kawasaki zx-10 whilst Jamie Hamilton finished in 5th place on the KMR Kawasaki superstock bike.
The top 10 was rounded out by Michael Sweeney in sixth place, Derek Mcgee in seventh place, Alan Connor in eighth place, Ryan Kneen circuit newcomer in ninth place and 10th place going to Davy Morgan.
