James Shipley recorded a lap speed of 115.7 mph on the Shipley racing CBR 600 Honda to top Saturday’s junior Manx grand prix practice session. James competed at the Isle of Man TT in 2010 lapping at over 117 mph, in 2009 James recorded a top 10 finish in the senior Manx grand prix race.

      The picture is a Shipley racing bike that Rob Barber raced on in the 2011 TT.
