IRRC Horice: Facts/Stats Huddle

Petr Najman, David Datzer became on Sunday the respective 33rd, 34th different racers to claim an IRRC race victory.

MTP Racing’s Datzer, Triumph mounted Najman are amongst 45 racers who have circulated under 2 minutes 20 seconds around Horice.

Whilst his title as the fastest ever ‘Czech TT’ exponent has ended, Danny Webb remains the quickest English racer.

Erno Kostamo, twice rostrum finisher over the weekend Marek Cerveny both remain Finland, the Czech Republic’s speediest Horice racers.

Others to retain their title as their nation’s fastest Horice exponent include:

Anders Blacha (Denmark), IRRC Superbike Championship leader Lukas Maurer (Switzerland), new outright lap record holder Didier Grams (Germany), Vassilios Takos (Greece), Krystian Paluch (Poland).

New fastest competitors from Sweden, Slovakia are the improving duo of Markus Karlsson and Tomas Toth.

Extra 2021 Horice Facts:

Racers from 11 different nations scored IRRC Supersport, Superbike points finishes.

Not including event wildcards, nine different racers have post Horice claimed IRRC podium finishes during 2021.

The past weekend’s competition marked the seventh time that Horice has hosted a round of the International Road Racing Championship.

It’s almost 100 years since race action first took place at the Czech Republic’s most recognised active roads course.
