2018 British FSRA F2 Champion Daryl Gibson, Tom Christie are the latest three wheeling aces to disclose their TT 2024 plans.
Driver Gibson, for the first three years of his TT career, competed alongside dad Gary, recording multiple creditable results including three top ten finishes.
In 2022, he was a top five finisher times two alongside the legend that is Dave Molyneux.
Last May, June, he made his debut as a driver around the fabled, mythical Mountain Course.
Joined by fellow East Yorkshireman Christie, a more than creditable sixth place finish was galloped up in the opening 3wheeling.media Sidecar encounter.
Although a non-finish followed in the second three-lap race, the Suzuki powered crew left Manx shores with an abundance of positives.
For next year’s TT, the Beverley racers the 22nd fastest driver/passenger pairing in TT history, (PB lap speed 111.722 mph) are sticking with CES (Christie Engineering Services) prepared tackle.
Speaking via their official Facebook racing page, the Gibson Racing team stated about TT 2024:
“Following on from our debut success in 2023, where we achieved a 6th place in Race 1, lapping over 111mph, we are excited to pick up where we left off!
The bike prep is well underway with some exciting modifications to test on the build up to the event.
I’d like to say a huge thank you to Tom and all at Christie Engineering Services for the continued commitment to our joint endeavours and know there will be no stone left unturned as we aim to improve on our 2023 successes.
If any individuals or companies would like to join us on this journey, please get in touch. We’ll send our portfolio over and discuss packages as to what we can offer you.”
