Exciting newcomers to the North west 200 this year
There is an exciting group of riders making their North west 200 debuts this year. They include British superbike championship front runner Josh Brookes who is set to compete in the superbike and superstock races at this years North west 200. Josh is making North west 200 debut riding for the highly acclaimed Tyco Suzuki by TAS team.
Many road racing enthusiasts and fans will be watching closely to see how competitive Josh is when making his pure road racing debut at the North west 200. Another British superbike championship star is making his North west 200 debut this year, Karl Harris. Karl twice British supersport champion made his Isle of Man TT debut last year and achieved consistent results that impressed many.
Karl will be aiming to do the same at the North west 200 where he is riding for the PR racing Kawasaki team in the two superbike and two superstock races. Up and coming road racing stars Sam Wilson and James Cowton are both making their North west 200 debuts this year.
Sam Wilson is more known for his top results on roads circuits in the two stroke races but for this years North west 200 Sam is entering both supersport races. Meanwhile James Cowton is competing for Ryan Farquhar’s KMR Kawasaki powered by Vauxhall team in the super-twin races.
Regular British championship competitor Emmett O’Grady is set for his pure road racing debut this year by making his North west 200 debut. So a high quality line up of newcomers for this years North west 200 and amongst them are many a rider who could very well already break into the top 5 or top 10 finishing during this years North west 200.
