Adelaide’s David Johnson will continue to compete for Kawasaki’s official roads representatives, Lee Hardy Racing’s Platinum Club Racing team in 2025 after signing a new deal.
Established as one of Australia’s all-time roads scene greats, ‘Davo’ is keen to further embellish his TT, Ulster GP, Macau GP podium finishes decorated CV.
The 2019 Superbike Classic TT winner maiden NW200, TT tenures in team green colours from last May, June yielded a mix of steady, consistent progress and misfortune, notably his high-speed off at K-Trees during the fifth lap of the Superbike TT contest.
Keen to get back into the groove, illustrate his proven talents, his suitors stated recently via Facebook:
“It is fantastic to have the support of Kawasaki again and having a manufacturer directly supporting the team is a great feeling.
We have unfinished business on the roads, it was unfortunate to end the way it did this year at the TT when Davo was showing amazing potential throughout practice week.
Davo is very excited to sign a new deal with the team and continue with Kawasaki aboard the ZX10-RR.”
